As a designer, I constantly save hundreds of things I come across online. I save things on Instagram, Pinterest, X, and all over the web. But when I am actually working on a project and need to find that one specific reference, it is a massive pain. I have to open every single app to look for it, and half of them do not even have a basic search function.

I built Mycelium just for myself to fix this. It is a personal archive where all my saves live in one single place. It supports all platforms, so whenever I find something interesting, I just share it straight to Mycelium from whatever app I am using. I can also manually attach web links, uploaded images, and quick notes. Once something is saved, the archive automatically adds tags and even transcribes videos so I can search for the exact words spoken in a clip.

I also designed a graph view to see how different ideas connect. It works by clustering similar items together. If two pieces of inspiration share a theme, they are connected in the graph. Whenever I open a specific reference, it also shows me other related items right next to it.

Now I have a reliable archive that stores absolutely everything for me. Every time I am working on something new and need any inspiration, I just search it up here first. I stopped losing my references, and finding what I need takes seconds.
